The automated Transition Pressure Assessment is free. No payment is collected to receive the immediate readout.
Before a paid engagement
An initial diagnostic conversation is confidential, carries no obligation, and does not require payment. A prospective client may decide not to proceed.
After an engagement is contracted
The signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement controls payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms. Treatment can depend on work performed, committed expenses, timing, and reserved professional capacity.
Billing concerns
If you believe a payment was made in error or have a question about an invoice, contact us promptly. We will review the applicable agreement and payment record.
